INGREDIENTS
1-2 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
2 Slices Thick Bacon
½ Red Onion
1 Jalapeno
1 Large Egg
1 Red Pepper
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Place Bacon, Red Onion, Jalapeno (remove seeds), Egg, Bell Pepper, Salt and Pepper, and Spices into Food Processor
- Pulse ingredients until well mixed. Bacon and red onions should incorporate well
- Mix ingredients in large mix bowl with room temperate grass fed beef
- Form into 6-8 oz patties
- Add additional salt and pepper to taste on top
- You can BBQ, Pan Fry or Broil the burgers about 4-5 minutes on each size depending on thickness. Use grass-fed pastured butter or olive oil to prevent the burgers from sticking.
