Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 bunches of asparagus, stems trimmed 2 inches from the bottom
  • 1 four-ounce packages of prosciutto di parma
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Avocado oil or fat of choice
  • Aged balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Turn on your Broiler to High
  2. Place Asparagus Spears on a baking sheet, drizzling with oil and salt
  3. Cut Prosciutto pieces into 3 strips and wrap each Asparagus Spear
  4. Pop the tray under the broiler for 5-8 minutes
  5. Place the spears after the Prosciutto crisps up and drizzle with balsamic (if desired)
