Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 bunches of asparagus, stems trimmed 2 inches from the bottom
- 1 four-ounce packages of prosciutto di parma
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Avocado oil or fat of choice
- Aged balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- Turn on your Broiler to High
- Place Asparagus Spears on a baking sheet, drizzling with oil and salt
- Cut Prosciutto pieces into 3 strips and wrap each Asparagus Spear
- Pop the tray under the broiler for 5-8 minutes
- Place the spears after the Prosciutto crisps up and drizzle with balsamic (if desired)
