Slow Cooker Kalua Pork

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 lbs of Pork Butt Roast
  • 5 Slices of Bacon or Pork Belly
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 T Red Clay Sea Salt
  • 2 T Fine Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Layer the Base of your Slow Cooker with the 5 slices of Bacon
  2. Take the untrimmed Pork Butt Roast and place the garlic cloves in knife slits in the roast
  3. Liberally Salt the roast using a combo of fine sea salt and red clay (hawaiian style) salt
  4. Place the Pork in the slow cooker fat side up
  5. Cook on LOW for 16 hours!
  6. ENJOY!
