INGREDIENTS
- 5 lbs of Pork Butt Roast
- 5 Slices of Bacon or Pork Belly
- 5 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 T Red Clay Sea Salt
- 2 T Fine Sea Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Layer the Base of your Slow Cooker with the 5 slices of Bacon
- Take the untrimmed Pork Butt Roast and place the garlic cloves in knife slits in the roast
- Liberally Salt the roast using a combo of fine sea salt and red clay (hawaiian style) salt
- Place the Pork in the slow cooker fat side up
- Cook on LOW for 16 hours!
